The Axbio Virus DNA / RNA Kit uses a highly efficient, nucleic acid-specific centrifugal adsorption column and a unique buffer system, suitable for nasopharyngeal swabs, whole blood, serum, sputum, alveolar lavage fluid, urine, feces, etc. Isolate and purify viral DNA or RNA from the sample. The resulting viral genomic DNA or RNA is free of protein, nuclease or other impurities and can be directly used in molecular biology experiments such as PCR, enzyme digestion, hybridization, and reverse transcription.
