The Axbio Virus DNA / RNA Kit uses magnetic beads to bind DNA / RNA more efficiently, resulting in higher yields and more sustained. It is suitable for separating and purifying viral DNA / RNA from various samples such as nasopharyngeal swabs, whole blood, serum, sputum, alveolar lavage fluid, urine, feces, etc. The resulting viral genomic DNA / RNA is free from contamination by proteins, nucleases or other impurities, and can be directly used in molecular biology experiments such as PCR, enzyme digestion, hybridization, and reverse transcription.
